Why Elevate RT™
Elevated-Temperature Performance
Designed for continuous elevated-temperature service up to 180°F, subject to application-specific pressure requirements.
Fused Polyethylene System
Heat-fusion joining provides a continuous polyethylene piping system without relying on traditional gasketed joints.
Corrosion Resistant
Resists corrosion and helps reduce maintenance in compatible water and process piping applications.

Maximum operating pressures in psig. **For long-term design (50 yr.+), 140°F is considered the maximum continuous-use temperature for general PE4710 design; Pipeline Elevate-RT has a D2837-substantiated 180°F HDB which supports continuous operation to 180°F. There are many considerations required in the course of a piping system design, and this recommendation should not be construed as approval of any specific design. See TechNote 210 for full design guidance.
Technical Resources
*Maximum operating pressure varies by temperature, DR, fluid service, and system design. Refer to the Pipeline Elevate-RT™ Product Data Sheet and TechNote 210 for applicable pressure ratings and design guidance.
