To import with part numbers directly, paste the part numbers in Part Numbers box, one per line (no seperators), Quantity in Quantity box, one per line (no seperators). Quantities are assigned on a one to one basis with in the same order as the parts. Parts that do not have a quantity accociated with them will be set to 1.

Already have projects in the Aquatherm Quick-Check Estimate (QCE) tool? You can bring them into PipeX Projects in just a few minutes — the two tools work the same way, so everything transfers cleanly.
Option 1: Excel Import (recommended)
Best for transferring a complete project.
- In Aquatherm QCE, log in and open your project.
- Go to the Import/Export tab and click Export Excel File to download your project as an Excel file. Repeat for each project you want to keep.
- Log in to PipeX Projects (or register — it's free).
- In PipeX Projects, go to the Import/Export tab, click Import Excel File, and upload your exported file.
- Your parts and quantities will load into the estimator. Save the project so it's available next time you log in.
Option 2: Text Import
Best if you just have a parts list — no login or export file needed.
- In PipeX Projects, go to the Import/Export tab and find Text Import.
- In the Part Numbers box, paste your part numbers — one per line, no separators.
- In the Quantity box, enter the quantities — one per line, in the same order as the part numbers. Any part without a matching quantity defaults to 1.
- Click Import Parts.
